张锦芳

张锦芳博士,教授,博士生导师,杏林杰出学者。毕业于清华大学生命科学学院获理学博士学位,师从著名的分子生物学和病毒学专家孔祥復院士。曾在香港中文大学医学院担任2年博士后工作和6年的研究助理教授工作。曾获深港澳台两岸三地博士论坛优秀论文奖;清华大学“梅贻琦”纪念奖学金;香港中文大学Postdoctoral Research Fellowship以及2016获得国际骨科学会最佳论文奖。

目前从事的研究工作包括非编码RNA在细胞分化及疾病发生中的分子机制及其在再生医学领域的应用研究。主持3项国家自然基金项目,获得3项国家授权专利。在国际杂志发表研究论文(SCI)70余篇,其中第一或通讯作者达35篇,包括国际著名杂志肝病学(Hepatology,影响因子11.66;J Hepatology,影响因子11.63),Oncogene(影响因子7.6),Molecular Therapy-nuclei acid(影响因子6.4),RNA生物学(RNA biology,影响因子5.6),分子细胞生物学(MBC,影响因子6.5),蛋白组学研究(J Proteomics,影响因子5.1),肿瘤形成(Carcinogenesis,影响因子5.7)等,总影响因子超过300(以2017年SCI影响因子计算),总引用次数达1300余次,H index为21。现为广东骨科医师协会会员、香港生物化学与分子生物学协会会员、香港细胞生物学协会会员。并为多个杂志的editor board member,担任多个SCI杂志的特邀审稿人。
